On-Site Training: Classroom training is two weeks (80 hours) and performed in Murrieta, CA.
On-line Training: This path to training allows veterans outside of Southern CA an option to train and receive credentialing. However, it does not have a practical application (hands-on) portion of training.
Employment / Jobs!
After training we connect you with employers via our network of Solar Installers/Integrators. These are like-minded employers who desire to hire veterans. Because we have connected the dots through building our network, our veterans’ resumes go directly to the those doing the hiring. We have the capability to connect our graduates to jobs across the U.S.
Requirements for Active Duty and those in transition (On-Site Training):
Since you don’t yet have a DD214, we need a letter from your command stating you are in good standing and are on track to transition. This letter must be on official command letterhead and can be signed by the first officer in your chain of command. The letter can also be signed “By direction” – meaning, signed by an individual appointed to sign on behalf of a commander.
Requirements for Veterans (Resident Training):
Honorable or General (Under Honorable Conditions) discharge from military service as validated per form DD214 .
A copy must be provided to TVA.
